Admore Light Insert issues

The Admore insert for the lens on one of my Givi 35 side cases is starting to have issues when I connect it. the main connections to the tail wires is fine as is the wiring inside the case. It is getting juice, and seem to lock in properly, but wont stay on. I did spray it with an electric contact oil. Anybody have an issue with yours?

When I had my 07, one side developed a problem with 2 segments going out after starting, contacted Admore and they sent a replacement free of charge.

+ 1 on what one wizard said....I had an issue with a connector after about 4 years got ahold of Admore and they said for me to ship it to them US Postal and they would check it out. They got back with me and a pin had broken in the connector they said they would rebuild it and all it would cost was the shipping back to me US Postal. When i got it in a couple of days the rebuilt one to me looked like a brand new one and worked like a charm. The connector failed in the first place due to me not lining it up correctly when i took off my top case and re-installed it.

Mine are almost 10 years old and right now both aren't working. Need to get in there and check all the connections. I do put dielectric grease on the saddlebag to bike connection.

Of course they are now installed in the 3rd bike so a lot of movement.
