Phillips LED Headlights with heat sink

Does anyone have experience with the Phillips brand MZ led kit? Phillips is using what looks like a braided copper cable to dissipate the heat instead of a fan used on the Cree style led. Here is the link:H7 LED Motorcycle Headlight Kit | H7 Motorcycle LED Upgrade

I do headlight retrofits as part time work, and I'm here to tell you this. LED TECHNOLOGY IS NOT THERE YET! Not even from Morimoto, and not from Philips. If you get a specially designed housing for LED it will work, but these ones that you put in reflectors housings simply DO NOT FUNCTION AS WELL AS OEM. They ILLUMINATE (throw light) LESS! They do draw less power though.
