Green Be GONE!!

Sorry to all you green lovers out there, twas not to be me. Just ask any of my riding mates and they will tell you, have mods, will do. Just got the body work back from the shop today and got cleared from my surgeon to start riding again. So got to take my Versys out for her first ride tonight. Couple of pics..
H&B crash bars on the way, as well picked up a set of new "Nomad" aluminum panniers today on eBay. Just have to figure out how to mount them..

I like the new color. One looks grey primer the other looks beemer cream. Which is more accurate?
Panniers should look great on your new color.

Looks good, like no other Versys.

There's a neat Moto Guzzi color, kind of champagne gold, that was on the V11 Le Mans. That would make a great V color.

Looks good, unique to the world....but shouldn't the emblem look like this one.....makes it truly K and not B....

Thanks all, yes it is gray. 1993 GMC Sonoma Dove Gray to be exact. Not to sound cheesy but the color came to me. That's kinda how it works when it comes to modding bikes I've owned and done for others.

I saw the "green" KMW, and that is precisely why I went with blue, lol, green!

The mirrors are my stockers off of my KTM Super Duke, and they are great! Very little vibes as to what I can speak of. I just got cleared to ride yesterday so I did about 65 miles on the V. Getting ready to head back out again today for a while.

Oh how it pains me to see you guys dissin' the green!

Although...if I get bored with green, I may paint mine Triumph Blazing Orange. But I have to say, I love my green.

The grey looks good though. It's unique.

While I think that the paint job looks nice, I have to disagree with the color. Perhaps it's the fact that I am colorblind but I want colors that are noticeable, especially on a motorcycle. While I wouldn't necessarily go with the green ( and I didn't ), I would have repainted it a Ducati Red or a Triumph Orange, much more noticeable. To each their own, good that you were able to get the color you wanted

Thank you. I really wanted what I thought would be a proper dual sport/GS color and that is what I came up with. I have now put 200 miles on the V since yesterday. Not a bunch, however with having to get kids off bus, take to dance, etc. not bad either. But I am loving the little V, easy to ride, very much reminds me of motard. Point and shoot.

That looks awesome, as your bikes always do

The Duke mirrors rock the V. I even found a spare set with adapters used to replace the set stolen from my SD.

That badge makes me think of my SM in the garage tho yours is better executed the the decals GlassGuy made for me lol

nice

thats what i liked about the tt color too, actually it had some subliminal effect to it but you really had to study it hard to see it, like a super sparse mica. that or the clear was contaminated from another project - LOL -

anyways, looks tight
