Lowering the V

Has any one lowered their Versys. I am looking at the Versys and 650 V-Strom. I know the Wee can be lowered but how about the V ? I an 5'6" on a good day 30" inseam.

We dropped ours for my wife. We came down about 2" in the front, and put a low seat on. She's now tickled w/it. She's 5'5", w/a 28" inseam. We run the spring preload lighter front and rear to keep it low. Works like a champ, w/very minimal money and trouble. It's also easy enough to stand it back up for me, and throw on the taller seat.

I used Speedy's lowering kit and love it.
