Best larger pistons/tuning for my bike

My bike has modified air intake (a lot), PC3, HP camshaft, modified head and ports, and larger exhaust. (82.6 bhp on rear wheel)

Now i would like to make the cylinder larger, but how large can they get ? and still be strong so they can take some beating ?

What is the BEST pistons ? and where can i get them ?

What about valves/springs ? do any of you now what i can do ?

I am thinking to bay a full titanium exhaust system.

Any other ideers ???

I dont what turbo/kompressor

HP camshaft? Inlet and/or exhaust camshaft?

No big bore oversize pistons available, only higher compression forged aluminum pistons.

Sounds like a question we should be asking you. Did you do all that work yourself?

That is weird... His 14 other posts must be in the gallery. Those posts don't show up when doing a post search. That's why it's so hard to get rid of spam from the gallery.

The real question is: Does the V have iron liners or does it have a coated cylinder. If it has liners then one could bore it out.f Don't know how much. You'd need to get custom pistons made since it seems their are non available off the shelf.
Custom pistons would be way expensive. Not worth the money. Unless your rich.

Most race piston suppliers will make custom pistons. You send them the dimesions (and money) and they send you back some beutiful, functional gear head art.

I like that porting job too. How much was shaved off the head? Did you check compression before and after?
