Fuel manager installed

After numerous attempts and failures at eliminating the intake coughing, burping and part throttle surging, I installed a Techlusion fuel manager. Anyone familiar with it knows that it can only add fuel at different RPM's, throttle positions and loads. Installation not too difficult but access to the FI injector clips required a lot of digging. Adjustments were simple, only needed a small screwdriver, set idle speed to 1800, turn green pot until the engine speeds up and runs smoothly.....this is an indication as to how lean it was. I then set the yellow mid-range pot to the recommended setting and left the red full throttle pot turned off. Took it out for a 100+ mile ride. All of the above mentioned problems are now just a bad memory. I expect my MPG's to take a hit, worth it just to get the to run right.

I don't have any significant fueling issues w/any of mine. I have considered taking out the sub-throttle plates, as I have on other bikes. Invader says his still runs good w/o them in, but he's done a number of other mods. I don't want to take the hit in mpg's for the little bit extra it may give you on this bike. Hope you like your's.
