Common problem, other than buzzing?

Other than the buzzing/vibraition, is there any other common problem(s) on Versys? Anything that breaks easily and/or should be beefed up?

not excatly "common", more bad weather related would seem? But rectifier terminals can go, taking out the relay block with it. Sometimes needing a loom fudge to fix.

Coils can rust/expand/break down - I carry all items for long trips.

Ignition switch problems not unheard of.

Exhaust clearances bit tight on some.

alternator went on one I seem to remeber?

Otherwise, seem pretty robust. My first Kwak and impressed with biuld quality for the price.

Mirrors, everyone already knows this one. Chain, it needs adjustment as it's not always even from left to right side. Seat, it's a nad smasher. That's my major gripes. Really minor if you stop to think about it. If you ever owned anything British from the 60's or 70's, you'd think this bike was pure Nirvana.

The biggest problem I have with my Versys is finding more time to ride.

Do a search on motor mount tabs cracking due to poor spacing. Easy fix.
