Need crash bars for my 2010

I've been looking for crash bars and need some asap. I always put crash cages or frame sliders on my bike within the first days of owning. My question is, do the hebco and Becker bars fit the 2010. It doesn't say they do on the site. Does anyone have them on the 2010. I prefer the h n b's over the sw. I'll get the sws if I have to. If anyone knows if the hb's fit the 10 please chime in. Also where to order. If not who has the sw's on the 2010 and where is the best place to order. Thanks guys.

I put the Hebco and Becker bars on both my 2009 and 2010 V. Same fit. Work fine.

So the 2009 versys and the 201. Versys use the same bars? I assumed there was no differences but no sites listed the 2010. Maybe the company hasn't had a chance to fit the bars on a 2010. Well scottyneal I'm going to make an order and if they don't fit I'm blaming you. Lol just joking.

Motojoe,
They will work fine. Come on over to WV and I'll show you my 2010 V, with nice shiny black H&B crash bars, yet to hit the ground.

Uh guys, is it hebco and becker or hepco and becker? Google doesn't list any "hebco". And the hepco&becker site does not list a specific crash guard for Versys. A link would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Well It is hepco and I ordered it. The guy on the phone said it will ship out today but shortly after I got an email saying it will ship in 2-3 weeks. I might cancel and get the sw. I have to speak to them tomorrow. Or makbe even frame sliders and give up on the whole crash bar thing. Lol

I feel like the hb's will protect the rad and upper fairings. Possibly the cases too. I just feel the sw's or the givi cage will make the bike slide on the side of the cage and the fairing. The hb's run parallel to the side of the bike and protect the whole side. Anyone know who else sells the h&b's?

According to that seller, they will also fit to older models (2007 and later)

So the bepcos are out of stock and can take up to three weeks to get to Cali and another week to ship to Ny. I'm not too happy about that. I'm strongly thinking about the givi. I haven't seen any reviews or pics. Anyone have em?

How about for Calif Versys?

I understand the pollution control cover may interfere. ? Anyone make crash bars that fit Calif 2010 Versys without alteration?

check to see if anyone else has them in stock.
however it doens't surprise me if it turns out they are special order items.

If I was in your position I'd wait for the H&B's to come in.

like Fastoman I have H&B's fitted to my Orange Versys and they worked fine.
I don't have them fitted to the Black (Canadian) one and although you can never say if I'd had that.... however on my 30..50mp slide in Oregon I managed to rack up some serious damage to the fairing, windscreen and other parts and learnt the hard way that the black painted panels are special order jobbies in North America meaning a minimum 4..6 week wait for parts. non painted panel much less.
