Cowl buzzing

OK, I am now noticing the buzzing coming from the cowling on my 2010 V. It appears to come from the right side, but I cannot verify that. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Not sure if this is the same as your problem but maybe. Good luck!

That's weird because my '10 has some vibration at 5500RPM but no buzzing on the speedometer cluster. I did notice it is loose and/or rubber mounted compared to the '09 which is much more rigid. How loose is yours? Mine wobbles real easy but not enough to come off. It looks like they designed it like that to compensate for the vibration found on the older models.

I thought i had a buzzing coming from the front of the bike once. but took off my helmet and rode around the block and found out it was the license plate and holder vibrating against the rat tail. Here in texas they put the inspection sticker just below the license plate and usally just put the plate on with 2 reflecting bolts and the bottom of the plate is loose. I used velcro on mine then later trimmed the tail. hope it helps
