Has anyone heard of Motobatt batteries?

I saw this on a BMW site, so don't know if it was team spam. They only have 2008-09 Versys 650, so that seemed odd. Maybe it's older technology battery trying to push out obsolete stock now.

Been on Motobatt for sometime and they do have for 2011 onwards...at least in this part of the universe.

I have 3 of them
20Ah for spotlight hunting
one for my Suzuki 200SE Trojan AG bike.
one in my mum's Yamaha Bruin 350 Quad.

The spotlighting ans Suzuki battery are in the box and only used when needed so they dont get flat. had them for 3 years now and they just work.

the Yamaha Quad battery is left in the quad and it only gets ridden for a week every 2 months. It has not missed a beat and every 6-12 moths that I get to the farm I goto recharge it and it has been always fully charged even after sitting for a few months.

Motobatt offer quad post batteries - these are good when you need to add extra farkles and you can use other battery post.

I have one in my Suzuki gsxr. I couldn't find a maintenance free Yuasa battery for my model, which is what I normally use. MotoBatt got good reviews, have it for about 3 years now, no issues.

Don't know about the OP's link .. US site has this

I've used Motobatt in various bikes and always found them to be good, either on daily riders or when being parked up. Very popular with the crowd here in Aus

Yup I've used MotoBatt batteries also, agree with the above statements, and would recommend.

2008 Versys 650

Been riding 8 or 9 years, and have owned 8 or 9 bikes; its an addiction I can't quit...

13% one of five stars - not the best recommendation possible.
