Lost my Keys

I recently mislaid my keys somewhere. I had a spare ignition key that I am using, but don't have a spare for my givi made hard bags. The code on the lock is xxx. Can I order a new key with just this info or am I better off seeing a locksmith and having him maybe replace the locks for me?

I'd try contacting Givi first. They might be able to make a key for you. I think they can also sell you new lock/key sets. Guess you'd have to be able to get the old ones out.
Good luck!

better edit your post and not advertise it.

You should be able to order another set of Givi keys from Twisted Throttle.

You can buy Givi locks on eBay.

A few years ago I looked into getting new locks for a case. The PO bought the side and top at different times so they do not match. I wiuld have to buy all new locks (3 bags), as Givi will not match to what you have.
They may do it for a key but wouldn't be shocked if they say no.

I thought Twisted Throttle had a 3 lock set for abt 30 bucks, at least that's what I'm hoping when I break down & get a tail box

I got a 3 set form TT and it was around $30.00. Trying to find a locksmith that would do anything with the Givi locks was a lost cause here, they all said they couldn't get parts or key blanks. Trying to get a coded key may or may not happen. You may be able to sweet talk the guys at TT to look and see if they have a 3 set that has the same code OR call Givi USA and talk to them and see if they can help.

Or was that look THEN leap?

Don't worry Murph. I doubt anybody will buy keys & cruise around the east metro Denver area looking to steal the polar fleece you keep in your bags. Especially those living in a different country.
