Unused wiring connectors?

On my 2011 I see two unused male connectors and two female connectors with insulation that are unused under my left fairing. I thought I might use them for phone charging, but they are not hot, ignition on, off or running. What are they for?

Can't say for sure, but I seem to remember someone saying they are for computor diagnostics.

That is the correct photo of what I am asking. I correct myself by saying two bullet connectors and one female spade. Since the female spade has insulation and the bullets don't, I assumed the spade was positive.

Even with the key on and the engine running, nothing showed 12V with my meter. Is it possible that a jumper is plugged into the 4 pin socket next to it to make these active?

I just had the Kawi dealer install the factory power outlet and the big connector and one small connector were used for the relay.
