What type brake pad are OEM

I have a 2009 V. Would like to know definitively what type OEM the brake pads are? HH, semi metallic or Organic. I do not expect super bike braking and like the OEM well enough. The local dealer is worthless for information and wants to sell me EBC organic, but maybe organic is OEM. I will consider EBC pads for replacement once I decide.
Thanks

I think they are Teak. Kinda wooden feel to them.

They are rumored to be HH but my bet is the lowest grade, cheapest pad they could find. I have a set of EBC HH that will go on if I can ever find the time.

There are some good threads here discussing pads. Search is your friend. EBC, Vesrah, etc get good reviews.

OEM pads are Tokico HH, made by Toyo.

Side by side the Toyo pads look to be higher quality. The fit is certainly better as would be expected of a pad that is made by the company that made the caliper.
