Givi windscreen and headlight
I've gotten so much great advice from this site that I feel I have to try to give back. Someone has likely already solved this "problem" but I'll describe it in case not. I noticed commuting in the dark that the Givi windscreen acts like a fiber optic plate and channels light toward my face, especially with the high-beams on. I used a quality flat black model paint and coated the central portion of the lower edge of the windscreen (that sits directly above the headlight) to eliminate the entrance of light from the bottom of the screen. Works like a charm if anyone has noticed this distraction.
Thanks for all the other great tips and tricks people have suggested.
