Chain and sprockets

Replaced them at 22,000 miles. The chain and rear sprocket were still in great shape. Front sprocket was worn out. I used a Parts unlimited x ring chain ,Sunstar front sprocket and a Kawasaki rear sprocket. 125 dollars ,not bad. I did go with the 16 tooth front sprocket and so far really like it.

No rubber. The bike feels more at ease and even though I live in the mountains it still has plenty of power.

The way he rides? You'd be lucky to hear anything over the engine, even without earplugs...

My undampened 16t whined and moaned for about 600-700 miles, it has since stopped or I'm deaf to it now.
