Would Speedy be interested?

Hi Speedy,

Would this be a product for the V tuning?
Would probably use only one for the left bypass screw to balance the TB with a manometer without removing a thing on the bike.

Please see LONG BOY at http://www.factorypro.com/Prod_Pages/prods14.html

Just a suggestion and idea. Thanks.

You'd still have to remove fuel tank and airbox to install one that's machined to match the vacuum bypass adjustment screw. It would need to be pretty short for the available space between TB and airbox.

Thanks, Invader and Thecreeper77.

The idea was once it's installed, no more specialised tool like 90 degrees screwdrivers to play with, but it would be still cramped though.
Maybe having a bypass screw head like a hexagon 8mm nut would be great to work with too. Easy and could use a ring spanner, then.

Good thinking, stlee29. The "pilot air screw" with spring and seals is available for $10.40 USD.

Unfortunalely not, Steven. Its bending radius is too big.
Have you tried synching the TB's by removing the airbox? It makes it so easy to adjust the exposed vacuum bypass adjustment screw (pilot air screw), and it gives you all the room you need to hook up your gauge to TB vacuum fittings.
