Conti Motion tires

As much as I love the Avon Storms the price has made me look else where. So I tried a couple of sets of Bridgestone 021s. They worked well and lasted about 4000 miles which is pretty good for me. I know some of you will say that the mileage is low but for me it is high. Any way Conti has these Motions and I have used their tires before and liked them. Thought I would give them a shot. I have only put a few miles on them but I can tell a big difference. They have a very lite feel to them. Leaning is very easy and at first you will be going across the lane faster then you are used to. After a few miles you will adapt and start loving these tires. I found myself grinding the footrest and it seemed so easy. Made the bike even more fun then it already is. As far as the mileage I will have to wait and see. As much fun as I had it might not matter.

Good report on a beautiful tire, mountainrider...

"Dubbed as the ‘world’s first premium entry level sports touring radial tyre’, the Conti Motion is built for year-round use and provides great value for money as it offers a high service life yet will cost less than other tyres in its sector. The longer mileage is achieved using new formulated polymers in the compound along with a modern, force orientated tread pattern.
The zero degree steel belt construction provides better stability and more comfort than standard radials and so the Motion will really appeal to riders requiring performance and mileage on a budget."

Some interesting Conti Motion feedback here:
