Too Lean?

I'll start by reminding you all I didn't buy the Versys. I went with er6n instead. I don't think I would've went wrong either way.

I've heard alot of different opinions so I'm a bit lost.

I bought and installed an Arrow can and took the DB killer out. I really don't find it that loud. It does, however, pop and snap quite a bit on decel. I know plugging the PAIR valve will fix that. I have read that the increase in popping and snapping is indicative of a lean condition. How do I know for sure if I'm too lean or too rich and is there any way to remedy it without going to a power commander.

Low end is too a bit lean with or without a slip-on exhaust. Plugging the PAIR will take care of the decel pops. Setting my TPS up toe spec helped as well.
