Gas Tank or lid Makes Weird Sounds/Noises...

Hi, I just got back from riding the bike and while relaxing and back inside I started hearing a fairly loud sound like a kid was playing a flute or some blowing instrument. I looked outside and no kid or wannabe musician was to be found. I started cleaning the bike and all of a sudden I hear it again and this time I am pretty sure the flute-like sound is coming from the gas tank near the lid.

What's going on? Is it normal? Is it going to blow up? Or can I take my Versys to some sort of auditorium to perform her magic??

Thanks for your feedback.

you can take your Vee to any auditorium you see fit (usually a road crammed with twisties )
however its normal to hear the a Vee (and apparently other Kwack's) moaning away to itself as the presuure differential between the tank and the outside world equalises

Cesk, I am jealous.. I want the musical version! Mine does that too, but it tends to just be a whine. I sometimes open the flap briefly, to equalise the pressure if it starts to irritate me.

Mine does this as well, a high pitched whine to whistle, most especially when it is hotter out.
