Instrument cluster compatibility between Versys and ER-6/Ninja?

Hi,

Has anybody ever swapped their instrument panel for one off another bike? Just wondering if the wiring is the same and all the functions are retained.

The one on my ER-6 is broken and this would open increase my chances to find a used one.

Cheers,
Lukas

Bump!

I would be interested in this same question. I kind of ruined my instrument cluster as well.

Thank you,

I can only quote but the pin configuration does change on various models as does the connection method.

Good question, MK-1 will not work on MK-2 as far as I know, they changed the power supply for the sensors and that affects the cluster.
