stalling!.... already?

so as of my lunch break today I had 980 aprx miles on my v.. I went for a ride just a few miles to get some lunch, the bike sat for about 5-10 minutes while i got food and then i road back about 2 miles down the road at a light i was stopped, i heard a click and the bike studdered and the rpms dropped then all was normal, continued another few miles and while slowing down in 2nd clutch out about 4000rpm i heard the click and the bike stalled. started back up fine and i road another 20 or so miles after work with no issue? any ideas, im kinda leaning toward kickstand switch because thats where it sounded like the click originated from... any input is appreciated

I would check the battery cables for starters. Make sure they are tight. Then the plug wires, then the side stand switch. It's something simple and loose.

Could it be bad gas? Stalling and picking back up as the crap passes through the injectors?

Is it possible that your battery is low on charge? "Click" could be a relay....

I'd say gas. The 10% ethanol blend has been giving a lot of the newer crop of bikes with Euro3 emission compliance **** fits. Stalling out at low idle is but one issue and the only real fix is to make sure the idle speed is adjusted to the top limit.
