So this happened?!?

2009 with 9k miles... only issue i've had... but still a little annoyed.
not sure how the pic got tilted but you get the picture. (pun intended)

You can open the instrument cluster and reinstall the needle, with a bit of glue on the post to secure it.

I'be glued mine back on twice (I did a better job the second time). Mine never fell all the way off, but I noticed it jiggling around and corrected it before it came all the way off. No big deal.
