Looking for repair help!

While attempting to fix the buzz in my instrument cluster, I realized that two of the three screws that hold the cluster to the mount are stripped. There are three screws that screw into plastic tubes. The top two appear to have been overtightened and stripped, not by me. I'm looking for advice on how to modify the tubes to allow the screws to have something to bite into. The buzz is caused by the cluster not being held to the mount securely. Any advice?

Could try tapping it to the next sized tap... If you can get to it, but it's plastic so finesse is key...

Or.....

Are there ANY residual parts of the threads left? Could use some thread tape and see if that make it wide enough to grab hold

Thought of something else, if those fail a longer sized bolt with a nut on the back with a rubber bushing and rubber washers would do the trick I think, won't look pretty but it's an option.

Good luck!
