New tires or chain/sprockets first?

I have new tires sitting here that I will have put on at my local shop. I also have a new chain and both sprockets. Should I just have them do it all at once? I was hoping to do the chain/sprockets myself(just for experience), but......If it's just gonna be easier/cheaper to have the garage do it all at once, I'll go that way. Should I:

A.) Replace the new chain and sprockets myself with the old tires on and then take it down for new tires?

B.) Have them put on new tires and THEN replace the chain sprockets myself?

C.) Have them just do it all since the rear wheel will be off anyways.....?

Thanks.

That's what I figured.....What do you think a shop would charge for replacing two tires, chain and sprockets if I just rode the bike in with all the parts? I also emailed them asking the same thing, but just want to make sure I don't get ripped off.....Thx.
