Hid

Just few days ago I put new HID lamp on short light, and till now no problems, at all.
For long light I change bulb, to blue color to be similar to short one. At least from distance.

I'm using for about a year. I put 8000k which is rather blue than white . works better when it is dark and I believe people realise u better than the regular ones. U know hid lamps come up with a box( don't know the name in english) so for that the box has to be sealed when that was done for mine there is a plastic cover protecting the head light from rain or water from other things. As this box was big and bold on my hid lamp this seal was removed so when I wash the V with high pressure water ,it was getting inside and sometimes after leaving fog inside. I had to cut the seal from some places so that it could fit. And also there was smt that was annoying me. The headlight was blue but the park lamps were regular white or yellow . It took smt for me to find matching parking lights. I'm thinking of getting the stock lamp back when I get the V to the service next time. I hope those will help u .

Anyone have part numbers on them bulbs? I'm tired of riding at night with the stock bulbs.

Even the high intensity Sylvania bulbs you can get at your local auto parts store make a big difference...that and aiming them properly.

Steve

I bought a motorcycle because my wife said that I couldn't! Now I have two and she still says I can't have another one!
