Versys - Ninja wheel compatibility?

I recently hit a rock fallen onto a highway and bent the front rim on my 2010 (non-ABS) Versys. In exploring my options: buy a new wheel, get my wheel repaired, buy a used wheel from a recycler or forum member; I found a new front wheel assembly for the Versys (41073-0052-R2) priced at $529.03 and a new front wheel assembly for a Ninja 650 (41073-0152-QT) for $416.79.
Does anyone know for sure whether the Ninja wheel is directly usable on the Versys? They look the same but I am concerned with compatibility.

Yup, same wheels. weljo found an ebay sale for me when I bent the same rim (same way) last Fall, at a great price. I'll PM you the email address for the seller, they seem to have an assortment of parts, maybe you'll get lucky.

versys and ninja wheels are the same and external spacers too for the real wheel..
you only have to keep your external spacers for the front wheel because they are wider on the ninja (15,5 vs 11 mm)
