A MURPHY while finishing a valve-adjust...

After I re-installed the gas tank yesterday at the 'finish' of my valve-adjust, I visually checked things, then 'hit' the starter.

SOMETHING was wrong - it 'ran', but VERY poorly w/ the smell of un-burned fuel, and stalled as soon as I let go of the throttle. Tried it twice - SAME result, so I turned the ignition OFF, steeling myself to taking it ALL apart to find where I'd done something wrong.

I pulled my stool over by the left side of the engine to give it a 'visual' before I wrenched, and saw that I had "MURPHIED" the two connectors that go just below the tank on that side (left), when I had re-connected the two electronic sensors from ABOVE while re-installing the throttle-bodies. EASY to do as they're identical except for color.

I'm attaching two pics of them, and from the side it's EASY to see which goes where. (As an aside - it SURE ran awful when connected the way I had inadvertently done, so I DON'T recommend doing it that way!)
