Replacing front throttle cable. Question

Hello,

My front throttle cable snapped and I have the replacement and have a couple of questions for anyone that has replaced a throttle cable before.

I see how its routed and everything but what's the easiest way to remove the wire clamps that the cable routes through?

Also, where the cable hooks up to the engine there is a metal guide that I can't figure out how to remove in order to free the cable thats broken. Any tips?

Thank you!

*bump*

Maybe an easier question.

Whats the easiest way to remove the bracket under the gas tank that holds all the wires?

I'm currently in a short leg cast so I haven't even seen my bike in weeks but have had plenty of time to dwell on the fact it's still not fixed.

Thanks,
Chris
