Need Guidance - CA Emissions / Charcoal Canister Removal

Removing the unneeded charcoal canister and have a question about the lines, since I don't have a shop manual and diagrams to work from.

This green striped hose plugs into the charcoal canister at a port labeled PURGE.

To what does the green striped hose connect to on the other side.....airbox or the throttle bodies?

Should it be capped off or left open to vent?

2 hoses from what I'm assuming is the fuel tank itself connect to this cylinder. The red dotted hose connects to the port labeled tank. The other hose connects to the other fitting at the top which is not labeled.

Are these to be left open, connected to each other in a "loop" or connected to a T fitting so they both can vent?

It worked for me, and I just plugged the green line with a short 3/8 bolt.
