tube tires

hello... I wanted to know if some of you have used Tube tires on the Versys wheels without any pressure loss.
It's because here in Peru we don't have too many tubeless tires options for the Versys and I've got a supplier who have Pirelli's MT-60 with higher profile (which is good for rough roads) than the MT-60 SR Corsa which is more a road tire.
Someone told me you can use it but it's good to hear comments from you guys!

Note sure but will you not have to drill out your rim to pass the valve stem from the tube through the rim?

A inner tube valve is smaller than a non-tube valve. The inner tube one is a uniform diameter metal tube, were the non-tube stem has a mushroom shape to it.

I met a Versys owner (he's been on a this site a time or two, but not very active) in AK last summer that had had a tube in since the previous year, after a curb dented his wheel bead too much to seal without it.

So, yeah, it won't be a problem.

I have a tube on the front... it's as simple as removing the mushroom valve and pulling out the tube one, tighten down with the double nuts, and basta...
