City Light Replacement

I'd like to replace the City Light, I believe its called on my 2011 V, with an LED. I don't have my maintenance manual yet. I just got it from Manualwizard on ebay last night. Does anyone know how to get to that light? The owners manual was not much help.

I put an LED in the license plate light and it looks great.

Thanks for your help.

Nothing's too cruel if it's funny enough.

I did mine to use a T10 white LED, 100 lumens bright, with 5 SMD LEDs. My hands are not very large so I could sneak it in and twist CW (or is it CCW .... oh gosh I can't remember) on the holder, swap the bulbs and twist them right back in. Twist the handles facing left would give you more space to work in.

I also swapped the T10 on the license plate. Check my siggy for pictures.

I think I got the idea from your thread. I got some T10's. They look great.

Are you talking about the little light above the headlight? I would like to know how to block off part of the top without just using tape outside the light, it lights up the edges of my GIVI windscreen.

I was just going to put a piece of black electrical tape across the top and trim to fit with an x-acto knife if I decided it bothered me.
