I haven't been told, just that the warranty claim was accepted. I'll ask when I leave the bike for repairs.
When I brought the bike in to notify them of the problem, they took a video, some pictures and sent them to Kawasaki central. After two weeks they called be back that the central decided for a shock replacement and it'll take another 3 weeks for the parts to arrive (since there are none in the entire Europe)
