Got a lower seat - should I lower the pegs?

Hi all - I traded my seat for a lower Kawasaki Gel seat, and I love it. I've heard a lot of crap about it here on the boards - but I actually like it a lot. It's like a whole new experience to ride now... Anyway. Only problem is that I'm so low down now that the pegs feel very high up (i.e. my legs are very.... folded/crammed)

I've heard mentions on the board here about a "peg lowering kit" - but I haven't found any actual links to where to get it, or what it costs. Is it pricy?

Another concern is, with the pegs being lowered - any risk of scraping them to the pavement in tight corners? IS it easy to shift gears still etc?

Any feedback appreciated.
Thanks!

The motowerks lowering pegs are a no brainer in my opinion. I have hit a few times going around sharp corners, but you can remove the "feelers" off the end the peg which will give you some more room.

PS. Damn you anyway. I wanted that seat!!

Oh yeah sorry man - yeah there was lots of interest for it, but had to go with the best swapping deal (stock seat + gel seat)! Thanks Jon!

Anyway - thanks for the info - I will check that out!

Fourth one up from the bottom of that page. He calls them "Lowering Foot Pegs Blocks - FRONT".

Hope that helps. I really appreciated getting mine installed. You will likely need to adjust the shifter and maybe the break, but I didn't have to adjust the break. The instructions posted on the site detail how to adjust those items after installing.
