Rivco Highway pegs - Swmotech Crashbars

I am trying to mount my Rivco 7/8" highway pegs mounts to my Sw-Motech crash bars. THEY DONT WORK! They keep slipping. I tried to shim with electrical tape, but that failed as they just spun on the tape as well. Any Ideas?

Here is a picture of my solution. I drilled a hole thru the clamp and the bar. See square bolt head? I put a bolt through and the pegs will not budge a mm.

I used two on each side. I installed one on the vertical bar (7/8") and one on the horizontal bar (7/8") near the lower weld, and then let one set "on top" of the other.

I also used old inner tube rubber to serve as an anti-vibration shim between the clamps and the bars. This provides a very robust mounting that doesn't move around, and doesn't require drilling a hole for a screw that could shear off in a skid/fall.

Drill a hole and put in a sheet metal screw. Mine haven't budged since I did it.
