Instrument / fairing buzz

Hi all. I,m new here and my new to me 2010 650 has a few little niggles.
The first and annoying is the buzz emanating from the instrument area. When the bike is running on start up it feels like the speedo, but when I,m riding its really loud and no amount of pushing / prodding will stop it. Has anyone found the source before I dive in.

I've had this on my '09 V and fixed it like shown in the vid:

I'm also a relatively new member on the forum and my advice, start digging in the threads, pretty much every problem I had, already had a thread running on the forum. And the people here are really helpful

Thanks for the info/ links. Looks like its a ongoing complex problem. Think I,ll start with the easier "fixes" and see what happens.

Riding 6.5-8k also eliminates some buzz

I took my instrument panel apart (pretty easy, just use care) and found that in addition to the buttons, the gauge face rattles also vibrates and buzzes.

Other sources are mirrors, when you hear the buzz grab the mirrors and see if that changes it.

It's really a never ending battle... ugh. Cheap plastic bits...

Been riding 8 or 9 years, and have owned 8 or 9 bikes; its an addiction I can't quit...

Well. Today I went for a run on a quiet road using the bike in the 2000 - 4500 revs area where the buzzing is loud. I pushed, pulled and grabbed at various bits of plastic. I had my visor raised and head between the bars and presto the buzz sounding like its coming from the Kawasaki Bark Busters. Straight home, off with the guards and out again and no buzzing. What a change like another bike. Also changed my screen from a Powerbronze to an MRA and to me its much better, still some wind but I believe there always will be, but this is a better flow without the buffeting. So all in all a great couple of hours where the bike for me has been transformed.
I,d like to re-instate the Bark Busters so some sort of remounting will be needed. I,m supposing there must be some vibs coming through the handlebars at certain revs to set off the buzzing.
Anyone know if this has cropped up before. Hopefully I,m cured of the dreaded V word, only time will tell.

2 suggestions, buy genuine BarkBusters or if you happen to want the handlebars a little higher as well get an anti vibe MotoWerk riser.

It may be possible to rubber mount the Kawasaki items? I have never seen them so I don't know how they mount.
