Avon Storm tires

After running two sets of Dunlop Roadsmarts I decided to give a different tire a try. This time I bought Avon Storm tires and I'm very disappointed in the front tire. Brand new the front tire looks like it's almost worn out already. The grooves in the front tire are just a little past Lincoln's head on a penny at the deepest point in the groove. I'll be seriously pissed when July comes and I go to get the bike inspected if the tire doesn't pass inspection.

The storms are excellent tires. My front has lasted over 20K kms, and the rear tires lasted about 10K for me. I think you'll be very happy with them Jim. I thought about trying something different but couldn't think of a good reason not to buy another set.

I hope the tires last me that long as I plan on doing alot of driving this year. I got caught in the rain yesterday and had no problem driving the speed limit on the highway.
