Very First Ride On THE V

O.k. so i wasn't gonna pick her up until this Saturday from the dealer. Found out it was gonna rain Saturday (dealership to my house 120miles) So after
begging my wife to give up her evening plans she drove me down to Toledo to get the bike Thur. eve. 80F sunny skies.

Everything went great at the dealer Honda east Toledo (great prices guy's).
Initiated the bike with a couple of spins around the dealers lot and off i was to take the loooooooooooong scenic way back home up m52 Adrian Chelsea to Northville 120miles. The bike is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My last bike was a suzuki m50 cruiser and I've also rode a 2009 fz6r both great bikes but............... this bike is way better and a lot more versytile.

The seat is not perfect but a lot better than the m50s was. the power of the bike....... Well what the hell am i telling you guy's this stuff for YOU KNOW ALREADY.

Almost bought mine a Honda East. You're right, they have great prices. Nicholsons in Ann Arbor matched their price so I bought the V local.
The break in period is tough isn't it? There is a thread or two about it on here. Use the search.
My question is....what is your first farkle going to be? Here's my collection. http://versysfarklefest.com/mybike.html I have added Barkbuster with carbon fiber hand guards, Pro-taper EVO bars, ROX anti-vibe risers, Stebel horn, Fuzeblock, 2 12v marine grade waterproof receptacle and an ELKA 2-way adjustable shock since then. I need to get the previous stuff added to the site.

StonedGP i love what you did with your V it looks really good. I'll have to wait for a while before I add anything to mine. So far I love her just the way she is. But I do plan on making some changes (next year?) Yeah and I really wanted to buy local I tried all of the dealers and none could match Honda East Toledo (they do not charge anything but taxes) and $1000 to $2000 less than local selling price.

Here are some pics. What sucks is that Thur 5/20 was such a great riding day and Fri./Sat. rainy. I wish I would of taken pictures of the V on my first date with her.
