Where can I get an ...

A/C for my Versys! Man it's both hot and very sticky here in Ohio right now. So bad I don't even want to go out much less ride. I had to run to AutoZone to recycles about 4gal of old oil and only saw one bike the whole trip there and back. So I know I'm not the only one wimping out today. So I have three bike all running and I end taking my Honda car. Go figure.

Or was that look THEN leap?

I have a "Cool Vest" that was given to me. BUT it's so muggy it will do little if anything to help. And anyway I'm not THAT bad off yet.

Just bought a motorcycle evaporation cooling vest to wear under my mesh jacket after several recommendations from friends on their effectiveness in hot weather. They are also relatively cheap. I purchased a cheap house brand one from Cycle Gear. Have not tried it yet however it was only $30 on sale.

I also find a synthetic Cool Max type base layer is a lot more comfortable than say a cotton T shirt in the heat.

Mid-90s and up coupled with high humidity in central Florida from mid-April thru mid-October. ATGATT every single time.

It's 100 degrees with 2,000% humidity in Rural Central Florida. I still ride. In the post apocalyptic wasteland which is rural America, there is no traffic. As long as I'm moving I'm ok.

It's not the humidity and heat I mind but you can't get out for a ride here in western Pennsylvania without a thunderstorm popping up.

Thanks to El Nino, it sure is a nice cool summer!

How's this for a forecast? Can you just imagine how pleasant it could be, with over 16 hours of daylight?

Thanks Marvin, I'm at work and cannot get eye bleach... But Time here in atlanta its in high 80's low 90's. On ride in I wear a olympia Stealth suit. Mesh but you need airflow to cool down. Stuck in traffic, I'm standing on pegs doing a whopping 20 mph. There has got to be enough brain power here to develop a good, "inexpensive", cooling system other than pouring water over yourself.
