Top Rack for Versys $120.00

I found this on Ebay today after I had already bought one. Just passing on info. I have no financial interest in this.

I bought the Southwest Moto one before I saw this one on EBAY. The Southwest Moto is what I had on my last Versys. So far I added the following.

Lowering Block
Acerbis Hand Guards
Trunk Rack
Mikes Winshield
Accessory Socket

I'm thinking of adding some risers but I need to mount the new windshield and see what clearance I have with it. Also looking at a Green Hugger fro ErMax but that sucker is $180.00!

When I finally got mine from Twinshack ( they 'hand make' the CF ones, it took a month from end to end to get it ), it wasn't far off that price, maybe even a little cheaper. Take a look at those, I think, of all the huggers out there, that these are best looking and provide the best 'coverage' of the tire. I can take a picture later today if you need one.

Yeah, I think he got a bad one and they just need to send him another. The one I got from them for my previous Versys was a perfect fit except for modifying some mounting due the the Lowereing kit, but it wasn't a great problem.

Did you ship it over from the UK? I am kind of interested in a CF hugger.

It's a rack for a Ninja 650, it doesn't quite fit the Versys, because the subframe holes are not exactly in the same location. DAMHIK. You could force it, but I think you'd end up with a broken bolt eventually.

Yes, I had mine shipped from the UK. They quoted me a price of ( roughly ) $45 US to ship. Not sure how long it took shipping-wise but the overall time was about a month from order to at-my-door. BTW, a very nice hugger. I got CF just because I didn't feel like painting it.
