Not common in the Market here but will be available soon. Using BT-016 batlax. Good tire and good grip, but down side is milage.

for me grip is first and milage is second. BT023 should be good maybe next change will go for BT023.

I wear Stones on my Goldwing and love them. MUCH better than Dunlops. Not the same tire design as the one for the Versys, but I am loyal to the Stones brand.

Ordered 1 set but only due late next month here.
Like shoes, have to try them on to know them.

Mr. Shojiro Isibashi or Mr. Stone bridge came along way.

I've just changed from BT-003RS to BT-023 for US$300 in Hong Kong.

The profile of the tires gives you a feel of "falling" during turns. The Versys just want to fall into corners. Less effort to fall but more to pick it up (comparing to BT-003RS).

With less than 50km on the tires, I was still safe during a heavy rain fall. Very stable. Maybe they are new regardless of tire brand/model.

I use 225/250kPa for both BT-003RS and BT-023.

One question though, is the working temperature of sport touring tires lower than those sport tires? Which means, less warm up is required?

Trying out the BT023 soon. Thanks for the heads up, Lokto7.
Can't be sure but heard a tyre dealer friend mention full spec sport tire warm up faster for the grip.

Cheers.

I can't answer about the BT-023 as I couldn't find any.
I did order a set of BT-021 though. $179.98 shipped.

We'll see how they work.

This is my feeling exactly. Been using the BT016s for a while now too. Curious to hear how the 23s do over time.
