2015 seat and frame new?

Just wondering if anyone knows if the seat on the new Versys 650 is the same as the old seat? I have had a 2011 and 2012 now and the only thing I don't like is the seat. I tried a Sargent but sent it back.
If the new 2015 seat is better I think I may be trading in my 12.
The frame looks the same so maybe engine guards and bags will fit also. That way You can keep your accessory's and move them to a new bike.
It's cold here so shopping is the only fun I can have. Ha !!
Thanks Buz

Folks rave about the Seat Concepts stuff. I just got one (foam and cover for stock pan) for the KLR.

Bicycle and motorcycle oems' keep their seats unbearable to keep riders in their shops and buying new models. That's not the solution!

Well I just ordered a seat concepts seat. If that works out I will ride the 12 for another summer.
It would be nice if the 15 had the same frame setup so all the accessory's that we have would bolt right on.
I went to the local Kawasaki dealer yesterday to check but they had no way to look up the new parts yet. Time will tell.

How about taking YOUR seat off, then bringing it in and asking to try it on the new one?

That is a good idea. Right now no dealer around has a new Versys but when one shows up I will try that.
It's not good being bored and wanting something new. Went out yesterday and got a new TV that we didn't need.
Thanks
