08 v

I think I'm gonna put her up for sale soon. It's got about 17-1800 miles. New rear tire since I got a nail around 1,500 miles. It has the shad sh40 rear cargo trunk and a new corbin seat. I live in west jersey.Figured I'd see what kind of offers came along. Only selling to go back to the dark side. I was going to put a springer next to the V, but as you see I don't ride enough for both. Any ques feel free to shoot an email. Looking to get 5K.

I got two little kids, it's tough to get out. If no one wants it, it sure wont hurt my feelings to keep it. I think it is one of the best all around bikes out there for sure. I just cant seem to find time to get out for more then an hour or two.

Good luck with the sale. I don't think you're going to get that much given the price I paid for my otherwise similar '08 Versys last month, but more power to you if you get it.

If I were to remove all the extras I could drop the price . I'm not desperate and not 100 percent on selling yet. Like I said it certainly wouldn't hurt my feelings to keep it. What kind of deal did you get and was the bike stock or farlkled

'08 V, 4800 miles, Givi screen + some odd kind of 12V power plug (not a Powerlet). $3500 + tax from a non-Kawi dealer last month.

Thats not bad, you get what you pay for,This has a new rear tire, 3000 less miles shad hard luggage, corbin seat, 2 sets of soft luggage, tank bag, bark busters and a windshield. I froze my nuts off and took it for a ride tonight and love it to much to thank about selling anymore. It's just to much fun, cabin fever got me thinking to much and day dreaming I guess. Good luck with your new ride and see you guys in Wets Virginia

Yea I know what you mean about that Cabin Fever. I sold 2 bikes because the weather was bad in TX....lol Don't sell your VS, they are really great bikes. That is why I am looking to replace the first one I should have not sold

It better hurry, or I will go nuts. I am taking a little ride tomorrow on my old trusty DR650. Unfortunately it is all that is in the stable at the moment.

Thanks for the encouraging words

Well, turns out Chrisb did sell it... luckily it was to me. Thanks for the sell. I am now a proud (first time bike) owner and loving it. It kills me to have to drive my truck anywhere when I know the bike is so much more fun.
