Bye Bye

Well after 2 yrs of owning a V, have sold it and made a small profit over what I paid. Thanks for any advice, you guys have a lot of valuable input. On to my next endeavor and forum, Yamaha FJR is my new love. Stay safe and ride on!

Yep that is the way to go, that is why I enjoy both the versys and ninja 1000, two different bike two different kinds of fun.

I had an 09 Versys and got the 07 FJR the insurance was $11.00 a year less on the FJR...

If I wasn't heading overseas, I would be looking at a larger sport tourer to compliment my V. I really like the FJR's and the older Concours 1000.

Heck, maybe when I leave Germany I will treat myself to a BMW. I really like the R1200RT. I don't like the price though.


Good luck with the new bike. I have had my V for 3 years and still like it.
