Tach Vibes...(I'M LOST IN THE "FORUM" AND I CAN'T GET OUT!!!!)

Ok...so, Someone post a fix for vibrations that entailed replacing the plastic rivets holding the 'IP' in place with allen screws and assorted hardware.
Their were photos of the hardware included in the post. (with full spec on sizes/types).

After reading the post I hit the road and low and behold....that was the source of "MY" 3000rpm vibes. OH HAPPY DAYS!!!!!!!

BUT....I can't find the bloody post!
I've entered every concievable search wording and....NOTHING!!!!!
WHERE IS IT!!!! ARRRRGH!!!! WHERE IS IT??????

Need a little help here folks. I have all winter long to suss it out but the notes are all there, somewhere, here.

"Help me Obi-wan Kenobe....your my only hope.

Peace.

I didn't even have to take the side panel off; just stuffed some insulation foam under the edges on sides and in front. You may also get lucky!!
