Did something stupid - Need help with part numbers

OK, so I took the front and rear wheels off to get new rubber mounted.

I think either myself or my kids (I'm blaming the kids) threw out some of the parts.

I've got a 2012 Yellow Versys.

For the left side I've got the cotter pin, axle nut, washer and that rectangular block that you use to adjust the wheel forward / back.

I'm missing the rear axle which I believe is part number 41068-0054.

I'm also missing that rectangular block for the right side. What else is on the right side that I need? The axle will slide through the rectangular block from the right, through the wheel, through the rectangular block and washer on the left and then put the axle nut on.

I have the spacers for the wheels.

What is the part number for the rectangular block?

Is there also a washer for the right hand side?

I believe that I'm only missing the axle itself, the rectangular block and probably a washer for the right side.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.

OK, it would appear that the square block is part # 33040-1109 Adjuster Chain.

Now I just need to know if there is a washer on the right side and if there is anything else I might be missing.

The square piece:

The axle itself:

There does not appear to be a washer on the right side.

Is that correct?

I have always googled OEM Yamaha parts and come up with several vendors who have all the parts fiches needed. Give it a try. The diagrams will tell you all you need to know.
