When?

...will the new Versys will arrive to the dealers?

I'm, not sure how this process works, but I thought that when a new model is out, and when the price is known, the users should be able to buy one, right?

Now that winter is coming, I dunno how will that work since a lot of users from a lot of states can't ride during the winter, but anyone has any idea on what the "usual" series of events are? I mean, new model comes out in October, how much time before it reaches the dealers?

Thanks!

I was able to get my 09 klx250s in october of 08, they got it from another dealership. I would ask at the dealership if they can locate one for you. Just a thought and good luck!!

Cool, I'll ask around.

Hey, about the KLX250S, why did you choose that over the 250SF?

IMO super motos are just plain dumb.... Off road bike with street tires? Defeats the purpose of dual sport to me. KLX250s all the way... Just my opinion...

I heard somewhere that they should be available in late October. It looks like some of the dealers have them on their sites listed as in stock. Try cycletrader.com

Steve

I bought a motorcycle because my wife said that I couldn't! Now I have two and she still says I can't have another one!

Yeah, I agree. Plus, I think that for 2010, the SF is only sold in the USA, I would rather have a bike that can be recognized all over like the 250S. Does it handle well in the street?
