Race Tech Suspension Upgrade

I upgraded my suspension on my Goldwing front and rear to Race Tech. I am meticulous and did a lot of research before pulling the trigger. I went to Jasper GA to GMD Computrack and Kent; that owns the business since 1993 and does all of Lee Parks race bikes did my upgrade. These people are experts in suspension only and recently completed a Versys. If you would like to contact them their e-mail is [email protected]. I sold my Versys and miss it. I now have a VFR as the stable mate to the Wing. The VFR will be upgraded next to Race Tech and it will go to GMD as well.

Any more details on what they do to 'upgrade' a suspension? Are they strictly a road race shop or can they also handle upgrades aimed at off road performance? Ballpark on cost?

I also talked to them recently (about a month ago) and they had just finished that Versys Chazzman was speaking of. They tear down and rebuild forks with better valves, oil and appropriate springs based on your weight. The rear shock is removed and replaced with a Penske emulsion shock. Then they have you come in with gear on and while you sit on the bike they set your sag. Total cost is $1200. Not sure about off road stuff.
