SHAD top case rack with SW MOTO side case rack

I currently have GIVI V35's with the SW MOTO racks and I am looking to get a top case. I am gonna go with the SHAD top case but I was curious if I can use the SHAD top rack with my SW MOTO side racks? I would rather get the SHAD rack and save $60

I don't know if this helps, but my Shad Top rack requires you to eliminate the stock passenger grab handles.

I only can speak of the Mounting of the SHAD Rack. I have NO MO-TECH Side rack.
True the SHAD rack will elimate the STOCK Grab handles. It does use the same mounting bolts under the seat that the Stock Grab handle used. IF the Mo-Tech share the same mounting bolts I see no reason the SHAD kit would be in the way.
Simply a THIN 1/8" flat bar design with a hole for the Stock bolt placement, with room to stack another Similar thickness Flat 1/8" bar mount. Hope that sheds a little light on the topic. Ride-On
