Preview of new color

So I'm really not crazy about black as a color for a bike, but bought my Versys in Black, mostly because I liked the darker frame, swingarm and forks of the black model -vs- the silver on the yellow bikes.
Anyway, I originally planned on painting it white pearl with a matte clearcoat. That was until I saw a Nissan GT-R running around town with a matte finish. It appears to have color shifting paint (prism) under the clear. Which got me to thinking. I have enough Diamont Extreme Ocean (purple, blue, green) basecoat to do two or three bikes, but with the gloss clear, it's just too blingy for my tastes. So I painted up the front fender and really like how it turned out. Not TOO blingy, but definitely different, with the matte clear it even looks flat grey under certain lights.
I'm gonna just run with the front fender and see how I like it before I do the rest of the bike. So far I'm liking it though.

hmmmm......do not know
I just do not know!

With JUST A FENDER, it is hard to tell

However, I CAN RELL that you are an excellent painter :yeah smile:

And I also can say that I do like the color on the GT-R very much

Maybe what makes the color look great on the car, is the actual mass of the body, and not just a little section like a low motorbike fender.
