Farkle? What are you guys talking about?!

The above link is what I found on the word "farkle."

Im pretty sure it means "modifications" on this site but I have no clue. Where did it come from?

personally I've preferred the British term "fettle", which has its origins in cast iron foundaries, to fettle meant to remove the minor blemishs on a product, remove any stray material and generally make good...

but each to their own
